United Way 2-1-1 is a fast, free, confidential telephone help line available to all Monroe County citizens 24/7, 365 days a year. 2-1-1 is simple, but powerful, telephone number that makes a critical connection between individuals and families in need and appropriate community based organizations or government agencies. A live telephone call center operator will put you in touch with the people who can help you.
